Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Corporation - North America's largest window and door manufacturer - is hiring an Events & Community Marketing Coordinator to lead our local outreach, events, and canvassing efforts. This role owns our presence at community events, home shows, retail partner locations, and door-to-door canvassing initiatives, coordinating staff, building local partnerships, and representing our brand with professionalism in front of homeowners every day.
Identify, secure, and manage participation in community events, home shows, fairs, festivals, and retail partner locations to generate qualified homeowner leads
Plan and execute event logistics: booth setup/teardown, materials, signage, permits, and scheduling
Recruit, schedule, and coordinate Brand Ambassadors/Canvassers to staff events and routes
Coach and motivate field staff to meet goals
Develop and maintain partnerships with venues, retail locations, local organizations, and community groups to expand brand visibility
Manage canvassing logistics, including territory mapping, route tracking, and lead verification using company software
Maintain compliance with local municipality permitting requirements for canvassing and event activities
Track and report on event/campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI
Maintain marketing materials, scripts, and flyers; ensure brand standards are upheld at every touchpoint
Collaborate with office admin to ensure smooth lead hand-off
Collaborate with marketing to identify content opportunities that highlight company culture, products, installation quality, and customer success stories
Collaborate with Sales Managers and Design Consultants to ensure smooth lead hand-off
Manage the planning, collection, and organization of photo and video content from completed projects, events, and team activities for use across social media and marketing channels
High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
1–3+ years in events, field marketing, canvassing, or community outreach (leadership experience strongly preferred)
Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage a small team of brand ambassadors or canvassers
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to analyze campaign/team effectiveness and adjust strategy accordingly
Comfortable with local travel and a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends for events
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Sales or marketing background preferred
Prolonged periods of standing/sitting; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
